You can now purchase the Philips Priority Service Extended Product Warranty for added protection and greater peace of mind. Philips Extended Warranty plans are fully insured by Kemper Insurance and backed by Philips, a global leader. Philips toll free customer service number, 1-800-818-6878, is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. This Extended Product Warranty protects your purchase beyond our standard 1-year coverage with the same high level of Jiffy® Steamer service applied. This program is available for residents of the United States of America only. You can now purchase a three-year (3) extended warranty for your Travel or Residential Series Jiffy® Steamer. The contract and claim information will be mailed you within approximately 1 month of purchase. This extended warranty is a replacement contract that entitles you to one replacement of your Jiffy® Steamer in the event of a claim.

 

The Jiffy® Steamer is precision built, tested and inspected before leaving our factory. It is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for the time period specified in the extended product warranty. The extended warranty period begins after the 1-year standard warranty expires. This warranty shall not apply to any unit that has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence or accidents. Such damage will be repaired at normal repair service charges. Jiffy® Steamer Company, LLC shall not be responsible for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited to the duration specified in the extended product warranty.
